Eichler wiring upgrade romex installation

My Dad and Uncle Dave came down from Oregon to do the wiring. They actually are very qualified as they’ve done lot’s of challenging projects like this before including my brother’s giant log-wall house and my cousin’s concrete-wall house, so our glass-wall house is just another to add to their list. We’re using 12 gauge Romex wire instead of the minimum 14 gauge requirement so that the wires will never heat up due to limited current bandwidth. The black wire in the top picture is a 6 gauge (smaller number = bigger wire) since I decided we might want a hot tub some day. It literally took a 2 hours of hard work just to pull that one wire through the walls. Better enjoy that hot tub.
