Eichler home restoration project

We’re currently in escrow on this 1961 Eichler home. We plan to start the demo the day after we close. We’re doing a complete renovation that will basically replace everything except the large windows, foundation, and the 2×4’s. We’re not moving any walls, and we’re restoring a few details that were changed by the previous owners in order to return the home to it’s original design.
